Brandy Bullen

Founder & CEO

Brandy Bullen is the founder and CEO of Sequoia Consulting Group. Brandy manages business and client development, directs recruitment and is the employee advocate, working to ensure that all Sequoia employees have the necessary tools to be successful. With more than seventeen years of experience in the biotech field, working with companies like Illumina, Genentech, Biogen Idec and Aerotek, Brandy has a sharp eye for trending technologies and biotech operations. With extensive experience managing rapid development, she functions as a trusted partner for life sciences organizations, providing advice, expertise and problem solving skills during times of tremendous growth.

Brandy has the ability to recognize individuals’ strengths and build relationships that make organizations successful. She is passionate about creating a work environment that fosters success and gives employees the freedom and responsibility to grow and achieve.

Brandy graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor’s of Science. When not working with Sequoia Consulting Group, she loves spending time with her family, surfing and practicing yoga.

Kimberly Bennett

Vice President, Program Management

Kimberly Bennett is the Vice President of Program Management for Sequoia Consulting Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and biotech industries, including healthcare delivery, managed care organizations, diagnostic laboratories, biologic drug manufacturing, and genomic technology and services.

Kimberly has led start-up organizations as well as global business process improvement programs, biologics technology transfer, and information system programs. Kimberly utilizes her multidisciplinary experience in program management, process improvement, leadership development, and organizational change management to ensure that her clients meet their organizational and operational goals.

Kimberly graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Psychology. She has an M.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University, with an emphasis in Information and Decision Systems. When not at work, Kimberly enjoys traveling and running, usually both together.

Steve Dinka

Vice President, Operations

Steve Dinka is the Vice President of Operations for Sequoia Consulting Group. Steve has more than 18 years of experience in the biotech industry, and 22 years of service in the US Army Corps of Engineers, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. As part of the Genentech/Roche Global Engineering leadership team, Steve led GMP manufacturing capital projects at multiple Genentech sites around the world. He attended the University of Kentucky/Toyota Lean Executive Leadership Institute and has an ISO 9001: 2008 Lead Auditor QSA RAB license certificate.

Steve has extensive project management experience with global engineering operations, supplier quality management, quality risk management, validation, automation, knowledge management and information technology programs.

Steve graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Engineering. He has an M.S. from the University of Detroit Mercy in Mechanical Engineering. When not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with family at his home on Lake Macatawa in Holland, MI.
